How can we help?

Most answers are below. For anything else, the team replies within one business day.

Is the calculator accurate?
It applies the 2005 PDRS as modified by SB 863 — WPI × 1.4, occupational and age adjustment, the Combined Values Chart, §4663 apportionment, and the statutory rate caps. Always confirm the final number against the DEU.
Why does my rating differ from the DEU?
Most differences come from the occupational group, a pain add-on, or apportionment. Open the rating string and check each segment — the audit trail shows exactly how the number was built.
How do multiple doctors / reports work?
Each impairment can hold several reports (e.g. an initial and a supplemental from the same QME). You pick which is operative; the rest stay on the record as superseded. You never add the body part twice.
Can I save and export ratings?
Saving, the claim library, scenario compare, and exhibit-ready PDFs are Pro features. The on-screen calculator is always free.
How is Firm billing structured?
Firm is $29 per seat per month with a 3-seat minimum, a shared library, and an admin who manages members and seats.
Is my case data stored?
Free on-screen ratings are computed in your browser and never stored. Saved cases on a paid plan are encrypted.
