PD & TD rate caps, by year of injury

The weekly permanent- and temporary-disability rate is two-thirds of average weekly earnings, clamped between statutory minimums and maximums set by the year of injury (Lab. Code §4453). Pick a year for its exact caps — or jump straight to the PD money chart for every percentage converted to weeks and dollars, or the plain-English answer to how much comp pays.
